Our simple Online Booking System lets you pre-book your car parking before you arrive, with savings up to 40% compared to the 'gate' tariff.

The Park & Stay car park is situated in front of the terminal building and a 'drop off-pick up' car park can be found to the side of the terminal building. There will be no charge to drivers using the 'drop off-pick up' car park for up to 15 minutes.

So that you can relax while you are away, the Durham Tees Valley Airport car park has high security fencing. The car park is well lit and under 24 hour CCTV surveillance.

If you decide not to pre book your car parking, you will need to pay on your return at one of our Car Park Pay Stations, prior to leaving the terminal building. Please note that pre-bookable car parking is non-refundable, our gate prices and pre-booked discounted tariffs are listed below.

To obtain our very best rates, why not take advantage of our easy-to-use prebook system? Whether you are planning a short break or a longer trip away, use our online car park booking facility to book in advance.

Passengers who pre-book can save up to 40% compared to the 'turn up & pay' prices, with the best prices available to those booking at least ten days prior to departure.

'Early Bird' offers our most competitive rate with savings in excess of 40% on the normal Long Stay Car Park Tariff. This rate is exclusive to the Durham Tees Valley Airport website, and is available to all passengers prebooking their car parking online, at least ten days prior to departure.

'Getaway' is available for those passengers booking between nine and two days prior to departure. As with 'Early Bird', this represents some great savings over the normal Long Stay Car Park tariff and is available to all passengers prebooking online, at least two days prior to departure.

Please be aware that a Booking Fee of £2.50 will be made on all Car Park Reservations confirmed on www.dtva.co.uk. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge any extra credit or debit card charges!

WARNING - PREBOOKED RESERVATIONS ARE NOT VALID IN THE 'PICK UP & DROP OFF' CAR PARK. Notwithstanding any prebooking made, any vehicle parking in the 'Pick up & Drop off' car park will be charged at the full rate applicable (in accordance with the published rates displayed at the entrance to the 'Pick up & Drop off' car park and on this website).

If you decide not to prebook your Long Stay Car Parking, you will need to pay on your return at one of the Car Park Pay Stations, prior to leaving the airport terminal building.

For the convenience of our passengers there is a specially designated area of disabled parking bays immediately adjacent to the main terminal building.

Drop Off and Pick Up

The Drop off and Pick up car park is conveniently located to the side of the terminal building. Simply drive to the barrier and take a ticket. This is a pay on foot car park, where you will simple need to pay at one of the car park pay stations, located in the terminal building.

The Drop off-Pick up car park is ideal for those dropping-off, picking up or stays for up to 4 hours. Note that the first 15 minutes is FREE, parking charges will apply thereafter.

Season Tickets

For regular users of the airport, a season ticket may provide a more cost-effective alternative.

Season tickets are available for a minimum of 6 months, at a cost of £380 inc VAT which enables the holder to have seamless entry and exit and unlimited access to the car park 24/7.
